PILATES BENEFITS
|
Pilates has really helped me to get in shape and stay in shape for my other activities, especially cross country skiing. Not only has my core strength increased but Pilates has improved my balance and flexibility. I enjoy the many different pieces of equipment we use as this keeps the classes interesting. Emily shows modifications to exercises so that everyone can participate at their own level - even though we are in a class we are treated as individuals. Sue B. |
