To the Core Pilates was established in January 2006. I have been offering a range of classes to suit the needs of my clients. Taking the knowledge and awareness from their classes and applying it while they work and play. Pilates is a great way to keep strong while engaging in other fitness and sporting activities. I live and breath Pilates during my daily life and encourage my clients to do the same.
In my classes I incorporate the use of small equipment into the sessions to add variety and fun. The class sizes are small and therefore I am able to give personal attention to each of my clients. If you are looking to stay away from the gym type feel, this is it. The studio is a clean and calm environment.

Continuing Education:
I belive that continuing education is a very necessary aspect of my field. It is important to keep up with the new research and continue to find ways to make classes fresh and exciting. | ![]() Emily Dial Owner of To the Core Pilates |
Since coming to Pilates I no longer need to use my orthotics, and I can sleep on my left side (after 10 yrs of being injured). Thanks so much! Amelia K. I started Pilates with Emily over four years ago and for the first time in my life I'd found exercise that I actually enjoy! Through private sessions and classes with Emily I have learned how to better connect with my body, especially during exercise and work. The sessions are fun and thorough and somehow I always feel as though they have been tailored just for me, even in a full class of six. I have minor back issues that I am able to correct through classes with Emily, leaving me free to move easily and pain-free. I recommend Emily and her studio to everyone I know and I will continue to do so. Thank you a million times Em! Selena L. |
