Beginner Classes:


This class is designed for people who are new to Pilates or for anyone who has an injury and needs a slower pace class to meet their needs.

General/Intermediate Classes:


This class offers a level up from beginner with intermediate options throughout the class.

Intermediate Classes:


This class moves quickly and an understanding of Pilates is preferred for this class. Expect some Advance work here.

Pre-natal Classes:


This class has been modified for the changes during pregnancy. It is safe to continue with a regular Pilates class up until 12 weeks. However, changing from a regular pilates class to the pre-natal can be done before that time.
